When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.00.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you need specific measurements, please contact our customer care team.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@elvra.co.uk. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 3 working days for our team to inspect it. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to appear on your bank statement.
